4 Easy Steps To Return
1 Call customer service within 60 days from the date you received your air purifier at 800-630-2396 or fill out our online form to get a return authorization label.
2 Repackage your air purifier in its original Alen box.
3 We can either send you a return FedEx label or issue a call tag for FedEx to pick up the package and ship it back to Alen.
4 Your full refund minus return shipping costs (approximately $20-$30, depending on the unit and origination) is usually processed within 2-3 weeks once we receive the unit.
Refund Process and Timeframe
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method minus return shipping costs within 2-3 weeks after the unit is returned to Inventory. Depending on unit and origination, return shipping costs are approximately $20-$30.
Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation. Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.
